What is your return and exchange policy?
Chibi Charm offers a 30-day return policy on all items in their original, undamaged condition. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a prepaid return label and dispatch a replacement within 2 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges for a different variant or product are also accepted within the same 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
